Star date Zero Six One Two, Two Thousand Fifteen. I'm on a mission to attend the Star Trek Convention presented by Creation Entertainment in the city of Rosemont, Illinois. In an effort to blend in, I've been interacting with the attendees via a social media called "Facebook"; a very friendly and welcoming group of attendees moderated by Inna Ruslanova. One of the attendees, James Watson has agreed to be my roommate at the hotel.

These attendees like structure, there is a line for everything. When you check in to get your credentials, you stand in line; when you are waiting for an autograph or “photo op”, you stand in line. This is very orderly and efficient, I like this thing called convention.

Throughout the weekend I engaged attendees in conversation and several attendees engaged me in conversation, I do thank everyone for making me feel very welcomed; especially Inna, James, Michael, Lori and Keith. The guest artists were quite entertaining with stories and answering questions. The attendees are quite intelligent and creative with their questions.

I took several photos and even had my photo taken with a few of the attendees, quite an exhilarating experience. Here are some of the photos that I took over the three star dates.

A big THANK YOU to all the Attendees and to Creation for making my mission to meet you a great experience; I cannot wait until next year when we will all meet again.

We could tag our Instagram photos with #TREKCHI and they could appear on the big screen. I was very lucky to have three of my photos come up.
